Shantoya Ward is a dynamic program manager with over 10 years professional experience in engineering, construction and technology. As a program manager, she brings a unique blend of technical proficiency and a compassionate vision to ensure that services are more than stagnant descriptions, but dynamic capabilities delivered in a manner that is value adding, ones that truly impact the lives of those within the community.

Vice-President with professional experience spanning several Defense Contracting, Government Administration, Healthcare, and Technology. Willie’s passion for Strategy, Operations, Analytics, and Program Management provide him with a roadmap to serve as a change agent within the organization.

Cedric brings more than a decade of experience spanning human services, mental health, management, and education. Cedric has a Master’s in Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, he is also a qualified mental health professional for both adults and children within the state of Virginia. Cedric plans to expand operations through the creation of therapeutic/mental health programs. Cedric is well versed in community resources, he also is an avid community volunteer and mentor for the youth.

Alycia Clayton is LCSW with over twelve plus years of clinical experience providing counseling to individuals, families, and groups in non-profit, educational, and hospital settings.

Ms. Clayton has experience in crisis intervention with youth and providing psycho-education on various health and wellness topics, as well consultations and solution-focused counseling to clients with a variety of mental health disorders and medical conditions. She also has expertise in performing psychosocial and diagnostic assessments, which is a key step in providing effective counseling and referrals to community resources.

Ms. Clayton obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, and her Master's in Social Work Degree from Norfolk State University.
